Painting

Paint interior / exterior  brush / spray    power wash    clean / stain deck     spray “popcorn” ceiling 

Hardwood Flooring

Install nail down     install glue down     repair damaged wood sections     refinish floor

Tile

Install ceramic tile  floor / wall / shower / back splash        install VCT     plastic interlocking tile grid 

Remove and replace old caulk     repair water damaged tile floor and walls

Doors / Windows

Install:   interior door     exterior door     screen door     door closer     door locks / deadbolts    screen

dog / cat door

Repair: sticking door      door break in     door that won’t latch correctly     wood rot     broken glass

Shipment Prep

Washer / front load washer / dryer / ice maker

Build crates for safely shipping glass / plasma tv / art / fish tank  / antiques  

Dis assemble / assemble: exercise equipment, desks, grandfather clocks

Remove crating / boxes / packing debris

Traveling away from your home... do you need someone to stop by and make sure the place is secure?

Pick up the papers, check for water leaks before it becomes water damage, give the place a visited look, check in and make sure all is in good order?  It’s good peace of mind, and a lot of folks have me do it.
