Hardwood Refinishing
Here the home owner elected to replace the vanity in a bathroom with a pedestal sink. This left an un acceptable square of older vinyl flooring showing on the hardwood.. the only choice was to sand the floor down and refinish it... making it all one color and matching it to the hall.
